Coaching Skills for Managers

Designed for organisations that want to train their managers to integrate a coaching approach into their roles.

Support your managers to develop an understanding of the core principles of a coaching approach and how it can be applied in their roles.

“This was an exceptional course and it has provided me, with further skills and knowledge.

I cannot wait, to incorporate these new skills in my Breakthrough Recovery Chorley Groups.
Thank you, so much!”

Providing managers with the tools to support the development of confident, skilled, and high-performing individuals and teams.

Our Coaching Skills for Managers programmes are structured around equipping participants with the knowledge, skills and mindset necessary for the effective deployment of coaching skills in their management role.

We will work with participants to help them understand how and where a coaching approach can be used most effectively in their specific role, and to understand the limitations of its application.

It will give participants the opportunity to build on the many skills they already possess and learn how a coaching approach can very usefully support their work. This is a highly interactive programme with an emphasis on skill practice and development. The programme will be delivered using a participative and experiential learning process supported by expert input. We will create many opportunities to practice skills and challenge participants to identify how they can apply their learning to their own workplace settings. Further, the programme will provide an opportunity to discuss applications of coaching in their system, develop relationships and network with others.
