It will then cover well evidenced models that can be used to structure decision making and consent conversations, before supporting participants to practice skills relevant to everyday practice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will look at common challenges including applying evidence based care\/guidelines to individuals and managing and communicating risk, as well as <\/span>managing challenging conversations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gmail_default\">The programme is highly interactive with an emphasis on skill practice and development and will be delivered using a participative and experiential learning process supported by expert input.
