SUMMARY:Upgrade to Practitioner Level in Health Coaching Programme
DESCRIPTION:Our 4 day upgrade to Practitioner Level in Health Coaching programme builds on the content of our 4 day Accredited Skills in Health Coaching programme and will extend your knowledge and understanding of coaching.\nPrior to attending this Practitioner level programme, participants must have already attended a TPC Health 4 day Accredited Skills in Health Coaching programme with us.\n\nThe programme is designed for individuals who want to become professional health coaches and wish to develop dedicated roles in health coaching or a specialised health coaching service with coaches that can function at a high level of skill.\nIt’s suitable for practitioners from all health, care, community and voluntary sectors. You will develop advanced skills practice in health coaching models, conversation frames and techniques with constructive feedback from expert practitioners. There will also be an advanced practical skills assessment and reflection process.\nIt’s a highly interactive programme with an emphasis on skill practice and development.   The programme is structured as a series of workshops delivered over a period of 2 months to allow participants to practise their developing skills.\nFollowing completion of the workshops, participants need to complete 50 hours of coaching practice and submit a portfolio of learning for EMCC EIA Foundation Level Accreditation or 100 hours for EMCC EIA Practitioner Level Accreditation.\n \n \n
