Our resilience programme supports practitioners to develop an understanding of the science of stress and how to manage it while developing positive and active management strategies for building resilience and maintaining inner stability under pressure.
At TPC we believe resilience is a dynamic quality, not a permanent capacity. Resilient individuals demonstrate dynamic self-renewal as they continually engage in coping strategies to deal with stressors, whereas less resilient individuals find themselves worn down and negatively impacted by stress. The good news is that research shows that resilience can be learned, and our programmes are designed to support practitioners to thrive under pressure while enhancing practitioner well-being.
