TPC Health was invited onto the apprenticeship register to fill a critical gap — the need for coaching training rooted in the context of health, care and wellbeing. Other providers struggled to meet this need because their approaches lacked relevance to public-facing roles and the ethical, cultural, and relational complexity those roles demand. We were chosen for our unique ability to align coaching principles with the specific challenges of the health and care sector.
