At TPC Health, we support the health, social care, voluntary and education sectors through coaching-based apprenticeships that are grounded in real-world understanding and driven by system-level impact. Our deep roots in these sectors, combined with a team of experienced practitioners, ensure we deliver training that is relevant, credible, and transformational.
Everything we do is driven by our mission to transform the way organisations, practitioners, and individuals improve health and wellbeing.
- We believe coaching and leadership solutions can create lasting change — not just for individuals, but for entire systems.
- We founded TPC Health to align fully with the values and realities of the health and social care sectors.
- Our work is about people – their experiences, challenges, and their potential to grow and make a difference.
- We design apprenticeship programmes that enhance skills, embed professional practice, and foster long-term change.
- We work in partnership with systems and employers to ensure learning is relevant, sustainable, and embedded in day-to-day practice.
- Our programmes support personal transformation alongside service improvement – building confidence, capacity, and connection at every level.S
Our invitation to join the apprenticeship register came from a clear sector need. Generic coaching providers were not meeting the challenge of applying coaching effectively in health, social care, and community settings. TPC Health filled that gap with real-world, contextualised expertise.
Our History & Sector Commitment

- We understand the distinct pressures and rewards of health and care roles and tailor our training to meet them.
What Sets Us Apart
