TPC Health has a rich history rooted in leadership and coaching excellence. Originally part of TPC Leadership—previously known as The Performance Coach—we have been dedicated to advancing coaching and leadership in health and social care for over 20 years.
Since 2000, we have worked closely with NHS organisations, social care providers, and private healthcare companies, offering tailored programmes that enhance workforce capability.
We are proud to be at the forefront of health coaching innovation, partnering with organisations to transform how care is delivered. By fostering collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning, we help healthcare professionals stay connected to the communities they serve—creating a lasting impact on population health and wellbeing.
