Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship

Empowering Health & Social Care Professionals with Coaching Expertise

Our Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship

At TPC Health, we are committed to transforming the health and social care sector through coaching. Our health coaching training interventions bring the coaching approach and all its evidence-based benefits directly into the clinical environment, maximising personalised care for patients, supporting staff engagement and ensuring efficiency gains for organisations.

Health coaching is a critical enabler for self-management and empowerment and leads to high practitioner and patient satisfaction. Health coaching realigns the practitioner/patient relationship, enabling insight and behaviour change in which the patient takes appropriate responsibility for their health, reducing the need for appointments and recovery times.

Our funded Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to integrate coaching into your role, enhancing patient care, your own wellbeing, and organisational effectiveness.
