Health coaching realigns the practitioner/patient relationship, enabling insight and behaviour change in which the patient takes appropriate responsibility for their health, reducing the need for appointments and recovery times.

It is especially suited to those in more senior practitioner roles who support individuals with behaviour change, long-term conditions, self-management, or staff and leadership development.
