Our Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship

The Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship is designed to develop confident, skilled coaching practitioners who can embed coaching principles across schools, colleges and multi-academy trusts. It supports learners to use coaching as a vehicle for change —with individuals, teams and whole systems. Apprentices master advanced communication techniques, structured coaching models and a deep understanding of learning psychology and motivation.
Coaching is a powerful enabler of self-directed learning and wellbeing. It enhances reflective practice and professional dialogue, it lifts staff morale, reduces turnover and supports strategic improvement planning.
