TPC Health can now partner with you and deliver coaching solutions for your organisation and system, utilising the coaching professionals coaching programme. The Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship develops confident practitioner-level coaches who can use advanced communication techniques, structured models and the psychology of motivation to drive change with individuals, teams and whole systems. Whether you work in, or lead, a primary school, secondary school, FE college or multi-academy trust (MAT), the apprenticeship provides a scalable route to stronger collaboration, wellbeing and performance.
