Our Sponsorship Mentoring Programme
Sponsorship mentoring is a reciprocal relationship in which a Sponsor, who will be a person in a more senior role and in a position of influence can guide and positively impact their mentee’s progression.
This may be by giving support, advice and feedback, and also by creating opportunities not necessarily accessible through usual routes and connecting them with other senior leaders within their organisation and local systems, to support having access to career enhancing opportunities.
The approach develops high performers within an organisation to develop and reach their potential. The sponsor becomes an advocate for the mentee and facilitates opportunities. Individuals become more proactive in the following;

- Managing own performance
- Building a network of advocates
- Facing into challenges and accepting responsibility
