“Wellbeing is a state of mind in which an individual is able to realise his or her own abilities, cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.“ World Health Organisation
There are many skills and techniques that people can learn to support their resilience and maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their work.
Our Wellbeing programmes are structured around an evidence based, positive psychology approach to help people to feel good and function well, and have been designed for:
- Prevention and self-management – supporting people to keep well at work through appropriate working conditions, training and development opportunities and providing the skills needed for self-management
- Targeted support – enabling individuals to feel good and function well while they are managing some type of specific condition or concern
