Workforce Wellbeing
Our Workforce Wellbeing programmes are designed to support organisations and individuals, to develop the knowledge, skills, behaviours and mindsets needed to thrive.
Our Wellbeing offers are structured around an evidenced based, positive psychology approach to support people to feel good and function well.
“Wellbeing is a state of mind in which an individual is able to realise his or her own abilities, cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.“ World Health Organisation
Our Wellbeing programmes are design to support:
- Prevention and self-management – interventions designed to support people to keep well at work through appropriate working conditions, training and development opportunities and the skills needed for self-management.
- Targeted support – interventions designed to specifically support individuals to feel good and function well while they are managing some type of specific condition or concern.
There are many skills and techniques that people can learn to support their resilience and maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their work.
