Supervision Skills Development Programmes For Individuals

To Support Those Using A Health Coaching Approach

TPC Health Offer A Range Of Supervision Skills Development Programmes

As the health and wellbeing coaching role has developed, TPC Health has been a strong partner for the system in developing health coaching supervision. We have provided supervision for hundreds of health coaches and other ARRS roles, and were commissioned by NHS England to design and deliver the first supervision skills training programme specifically to provide supervision for health and wellbeing coaches.

Our supervision programmes have been designed and developed to provide organisations with an internal resource of trained supervisors that can offer coaching supervision to health and wellbeing coaches, and other ARRS roles.

TPC Health has been a provider of coach training in the health and care system for over 20 years and has a long history of training coach supervisors. Our supervision faculty are fully accredited coaching supervisors with clinical and healthcare backgrounds.  We are proud to be one of the few organisations to hold an EMCC Global Supervision Quality Award and offer an EMCC EQSA accredited training programme.

Organisations that offer health coaching services have an obligation to provide effective and supportive health coaching supervision from a more senior and experienced member of staff, who is equipped with health coaching skills. They must support health coaches in their development and learning, so that they deliver high quality services

NHS England’s Health and Wellbeing Coach workforce development framework recommends 1 to 2 hours per month of individual health coaching supervision and group supervision as a supplementary development opportunity.
