Transform your coaching services by developing your in-house expertise with our Coaching Supervision Training Programmeme.
“I think the programme has been fantastic at improving my coaching as well as preparing me as a supervisor. Great tutors and mix of sessions nicely spread out to allow for practice and reflection on practice. It has been fantastic!!”
Our coaching supervision training ensures you have supervisors that provide the highest standard of support to your coaches so that you can build a sustainable coaching culture.
TPC Health is highly experienced in the delivery of supervision to coaches; and as a provider of coach training for over 20 years, we also have a long history of training coach supervisors. We are excited to offer a supervision programme that provides a diverse range of supervision methods, ideas, tools and techniques allowing you to develop your own unique supervisory style.
This highly experiential programme offers participants the chance to observe live coaching supervision demonstrations, practice supervising one another, and receive constructive, in-depth feedback from both faculty and peers. Upon completion, you will be fully equipped to work as a supervisor for both new and experienced coaches, offering 1:1 supervision or leading supervision groups.
By creating a supervision provision to your coaches you are ensuring your organisation continues to support them to develop professionally, maintain ethical standards, and provide high-quality coaching to their clients.
The Programme Experience
Give your practitioners the necessary skills and tools to become expert coaching supervisors.
Our Coaching Supervision Training is designed for organisations that want to train their experienced coaches to become coaching supervisors.
The focus of the programme is on supporting coaches to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to become supervisors of other coaches.
The programme covers:
The programme is delivered over a period of day long workshops delivered over 3-6 months to allow participants to practice their developing skills followed by half day practice supervision sessions.
This is an interactive programme with an emphasis on skill practice and development. The programme will be delivered using a highly participative and experiential learning process supported by expert input. We will create many opportunities to practice skills and challenge participants to identify how they can apply their learning to their own work place settings.
We emphasise skills for embedding health coaching supervision through on-going practice, reflection and planning as reflexive practitioners. We follow-up these programmes with webinars and ongoing supervision opportunities to support participants in the application of their learning after the course.
We follow-up these programmes with webinars and online learning sessions and a series of e-learning based coaching and supervision shots that comprise brief inputs and memory aids to support participants in the application of their learning after the workshop.

“Absolutely loved it. Sad it has come to an end. Found having this in my calendar every month really helpful at keeping me on track as well as something to look forward to. Really valuable programme in deepening your thinking of your own practice”
“I feel the course was vastly extended by skill set as supervisor, coach and team lead. I am more open, reflective and feel in a better position to support others to support themselves. The 1-2-1 feedback sessions provided space for invaluable learning and professional development going forwards”
“The programme itself has been incredible. I have learnt so much and feel I have developed my own understanding of what supervision is and some fantastic modelling of what it looks and feels like too by all the tutors. I have understood more about working both reflexively and reflectively and feel like I take my inner supervisor with me in to both coaching and supervision sessions”
