Leveraging 20 years in the health and social care sector, we offer evidence based, accredited health coaching training direct to individuals
With Health Coaching growing as a profession in the UK, and many organisations seeing the benefits of introducing dedicated Coaching roles, we have developed tailored training programmes to ensure individuals develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in their roles and continue to support people to make sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.
Our programmes have been tried and tested with the nation’s leading public and private sector organisations, are accredited, and have a strong evidence base.
Our training programmes are designed for organisations that want to develop dedicated roles in health coaching, and train Personalised Care roles such as Social Prescribing Link Workers and Care Coordinators, or develop specialised health coaching services.
By training and developing health coaches and health coaching services, you’re investing in a transformative solution that benefits both your patients and your healthcare system.

At the Forefront of Innovation: We are committed to pioneering solutions that shape the future of healthcare, ensuring better outcomes for patients and providers alike. We are proud to have been at the forefront of many NHS “firsts” including the first health coaching skills development programmes.
Our health and wellbeing facilitators have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and are practising health and wellbeing coaches. They all hold senior coaching and supervision accreditations with recognised bodies such as the EMCC, ILM and ICF as well as specific health coaching accreditations.
Having extensive experience of work in and with the health and care system our facilitators understand the psychological and practical challenges associated with working with people to enhance personalised care and enable behavioural change.
All our programmes are interactive and take a hands-on format using experiential learning and skills practice to prepare participants to transfer their knowledge into practice and take action.
During each programme participants will have regular opportunities for practicing their skills with their peers during breakout sessions. To support embedding of learning we provide a post-programme call, regular learning e-shots, and access to our free monthly coaching CPD webinars.
All our programmes are developed from evidence-based approaches, incorporating the latest research on behaviour change, psychology, and self-management.
This ensures the training and services you will receive are anchored in empirical and theoretical knowledge and ensures that you stand apart from those using unproven approaches. In addition, we support the EMCC core competencies and believe that coaching development should be grounded in this knowledge.
Meet some of our faculty
Don’t just take our word for it:
“The presenters, Matt & Zoe were fab – they are knowledgeable, friendly and used relatable examples when demonstrating the models. I found this aspect of the course the most useful as I learn best by being shown how to do something. Matt & Zoe were both very encouraging and open to discussion around anything people felt confused/unsure of which made it a great space for us all to thrive and learn without fear of asking that ‘silly question!“
“I think the whole process has been fantastic. The training has been amazing, and anyone who is in a role of supporting others, should embrace these opportunities, as the tools are tools for life. These tools, and training can make the difference!”
