Our EMCC and PCI Accredited Health Coaching Skills Programme is an intermediate level programme supporting practitioners to deepen their practical health coaching skills and theoretical knowledge, with an emphasis on applying these skills in real-world contexts.
“Really appreciated the time to practice coaching and gain feedback. I also enjoyed sharing ideas with others and how open the group was with each other. Given me lots of techniques, models and questioning styles to use with patients. I have already implemented some of this into my practice and it has gone really well. Best training I’ve ever been on. Thank you!”

The Programme Experience
High quality training for aspiring Health and Wellbeing Coach roles
Our 4 day Accredited Health Coaching Skills programmes are designed for individuals who want to become “health coaches”, and organisations that want to develop dedicated roles in health coaching, or a specialised health coaching service, or when they want to develop internal health coaching champions and trainers. It is suitable for practitioners from all health, care, community and voluntary sectors.
Participants will learn the key behaviours, skills and techniques used by coaches and how they can integrate this into their roles to improve their own performance and that of those they are supporting.
The programme is generally structured as 4 separate day-long workshops, delivered over a period of 2-4 months to allow participants to practice their developing skills. However it can also be offered as a 2 day upgrade to those who have completed our Core Skills in Health Coaching training. Prior to the workshop participants are onboarded through an online session and reflective briefing pack.
This is an interactive programme with an emphasis on skill practice and development. The programme will be delivered using a highly participative and experiential learning process supported by expert input. We will create many opportunities to practice skills and challenge participants to identify how they can apply their learning to their own work place settings.
We follow-up these programmes with webinars and online learning sessions or a series of e-learning based health coaching shots that comprise brief inputs and memory aids to support participants in the application of their learning after the workshop.
By partnering with TPC Health you will be working with one of the leading and most experienced EMCC and PCI accredited Health Coaching training providers in the country.
