A typical Leadership Coaching intervention tends to include:
A matching process to find the right coach for you
Contracting around what you want from coaching and how you will work with your coach
3-way contracting with line managers where appropriate, to ensure organisational benefit
A series of action-focussed sessions – typically 1.5-2 hours in length
4-6 weeks between sessions, allowing time for you to integrate and apply what has been discussed

We have a large team of coaches all of whom have many years experience both delivering training and coaching in the NHS, and many of whom have worked in the NHS themselves. Our coaches all have a combination of practical leadership experience and specific experience of working with the NHS. They have a deep understanding of the complexity of health and care settings, and the psychological and practical challenges associated with working with NHS teams to enhance individual and collective performance.
