We have over 20 years’ experience providing health coaching and personalised care training and services across the UK. We have led the development of Health Coaching in the health sector since 2008, continually creating new applications of Health Coaching including Group Coaching, Group Consultations, Action Learning and Peer Suport.

Our Group Coaching Facilitators have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and are practising health and wellbeing coaches and group coaches. They all hold senior coaching accreditations with recognised bodies such as the EMCC, ILM and ICF as well as specific health coaching accreditations.
Having extensive experience of work in and with the health and care system our facilitators understand the psychological and practical challenges associated with working with people to enhance personalised care and enable behavioural change.
Group Coaching: Focuses on helping individuals within the group achieve personal growth and development through guided discussions, exercises, and collaborative learning. It often involves setting personal goals, improving self-awareness, and supporting accountability among group members.
Group Consultations: Typically involve providing expert advice or feedback to a group or team, often focused on specific problems or challenges. For example, a GP or Practice Nurse might facilitate a consultation with a group of individuals working on managing their diabetes. The emphasis is often on problem-solving, developing solutions, and guiding the group towards decisions or actions.
