We recognise every client’s supervision needs are different, so we offer a range of supervision options:

1:1 Health Coaching Supervision

Individualised: A 1:1 relationship between the health coach and the supervisor. The supervision is tailored specifically to the coach’s needs, challenges, and professional goals.

Private and Confidential: The health coach can speak openly and in detail about their work with clients, personal experiences, challenges, and ethical concerns without any external influence. There’s a higher level of privacy in this setting.

Frequency: 1:1 supervision typically takes place on a more flexible schedule, often monthly or bi-monthly, depending on the coach’s needs and caseload that they are carrying.

Format: In person or virtual

Group Supervision

Collective Setting: In group supervision, typically 4-8 participants meet with a supervisor in a group format. Health Coaches discuss their cases, challenges, and insights as part of the group experience.

Shared Learning: The group offers a space for coaches to share their perspectives and feedback. While the supervisor leads the session, much of the learning comes from the interaction between peers and the sharing of experiences.

Frequency: Group supervision usually takes place at regular intervals, such as monthly or quarterly, and is often more structured to allow time for each health coach to share and receive feedback.

Restorative supervision focuses on supporting the health coach’s emotional well-being, addressing any stress or burnout, and providing a space for reflection and self-care.

Who are TPC Health’s supervisors?

Our supervisors have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and are all practising coaches as well as supervisors.

They hold supervision accreditations with recognised bodies such as the EMCC, ILM, CSA and ICF, as well as specific coaching accreditations.
