A Team That Truly Understands Healthcare
At TPC Health, our team is at the heart of everything we do. Founded by Dr. Andrew McDowell, TPC Health was created specifically to support the health and social care sectors through coaching, leadership development, and organisational change. We are proud to have a large faculty team with a deep understanding of the complexities of clinical and social care settings. Many of our team members are experienced health and care professionals, bringing first-hand knowledge of the pressures, challenges, and rewards of working in the NHS and social care.
Our faculty members have spent years working in health and social care environments, so they know what it’s like to be on the frontline. They understand:
– The realities of managing risk and making difficult decisions.
– The emotional weight of enduring suffering, navigating crises, and working under pressure.
– The courage, dedication, and resilience it takes to serve in healthcare.
– The unique rewards of clinical practice — appreciating patients’ resilience first-hand and being inspired by moments of courage and perseverance.
Our team is made up of professionals from a wide range of clinical and care backgrounds, including:
– Psychologists, doctors, nurses, and midwives
– Pharmacists, counsellors, and psychotherapists
– Social workers and community health practitioners
– Social prescribers and speech therapists
– Health and wellbeing coaches
– Patient-experience leaders and healthcare consultants
This diversity allows us to connect deeply with the professionals we train and support, ensuring that our coaching and leadership programmes are relevant, impactful, and grounded in real-world experience.
