TPC Health is proud to have been working in the health and care sector since 2000, and has a broad experience of delivering organisational change programmes, and leadership development programmes for senior leaders, managers and clinicians in the NHS. We conducted the first coaching training programs in the NHS with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and developed the first senior leader coaching programmes in 9 out of 10 of the then Strategic Health Authorities.

Our programmes are delivered by practising health coaches with clinical backgrounds who are experts at delivering personalised care training programmes.

How does TPC Health Work?

Each project is overseen by a Partner and supported by a dedicated Project Manager, experienced at liaising with clients around all administrative and logistic matters.

Our programmes have a practical focus, are evidence based and delivered using a highly participative and experiential learning process We deliver transformational interventions that are personally meaningful and have a strong emphasis on application to the workplace.
