Supporting you to provide individuals with an inclusive peer group where they can listen, learn and interact
Although individual coaching has numerous benefits for clients and will always play a vital role in patient outcomes, the emergence of group health coaching has brought new concepts, approaches and accessibility for both clients and coaches.
Our Group Coaching programme are delivered by our expert faciliators who bring years of experience as accredited coaches, and of working with group and relational dynamics. This programme will enable you to provide a group setting for your clients, that creates a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can meet peers going through similar challenges and offer mutual support in meeting health and wellbeing goals. Such group dynamics can help foster a sense of community amongst your clients, where they can share experiences, accomplishments and obstacles with others who can understand and empathise. Having a support network like this can be empowering for clients and help them stay motivated on their health journey.
Our programmes support you to work effectively with groups in a way that can be tailored dependent on your role, the context that you are working within, and the people that you are supporting.
The Programme Experience
Give your practitioners the necessary skills and tools to become communication experts
For leaders, managers or practitioners who are looking to understand the core principles and skills of group coaching so that they can learn to facilitate effective sessions and enhance the quality of their conversations.
The programme will introduce you to the key principles that are important for coaching and working with groups:
The programme is structured as 2 workshops, delivered bi-weekly to allow participants to practice their developing skills. Prior to the workshops, participants are onboarded through a reflective process and briefing pack that supports them to prepare appropriately and gain maximum value from the sessions.
This is an interactive programme with an emphasis on skill practice and development. The programme will be delivered using a highly participative and experiential learning process supported by expert input. We will provide a set of tools and techniques to support participants to work effectively with groups.
The programme involves many opportunities to practice Group Coaching skills so participants will learn to work confidently with the approach. We emphasise skills for embedding learning through on-going practice, reflection and planning as reflexive practitioners. During and between workshops we will emphasise on-going practice, reflection and planning as reflexive practitioners.
We follow-up these programmes with webinars and online learning sessions or a series of e-learning based health coaching shots that comprise brief inputs and memory aids to support participants in the application of their learning after the workshop.
