In today’s ever changing and complex health and care system, coaching is a powerful tool for leadership development, employee engagement, and performance improvement. But to ensure that coaching delivers its full potential, it is essential that coaches receive ongoing supervision. Coaching supervision enhances the quality, ethical practice, and overall impact of coaching, helping your organisation get the maximum return on investment from its coaching initiatives.
TPC Health can support you with access to our accredited and experienced health coaching supervisors, and by providing supervisor training so you can develop your own internal resource of health coaching supervisors. With other 20 years of experience of training and supporting coaches and supervisors we are well placed to partner with you for your ongoing supervision needs.

Interactive and Engaging Services: Our programs are designed to be highly interactive and engaging, using a mix of live demonstrations, hands-on practice, individual and group exercises, and context specific evidence-based approaches. This ensures that participants not only understand the theory behind the content but also gain the practical skills needed to apply what they’ve learned.
Strong Client Relationships: At TPC Health, we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. We work closely with you to understand your challenges, goals, and aspirations, and we are dedicated to being your long-term partner in achieving your health and well-being objectives.
Tailored Solutions to Meet Your Needs: Whether you’re an individual, a small team, or a large organisation, TPC Health offers scalable programmes that can be adapted to fit your size and specific needs. From personalised one-on-one supervision to system wide training, we ensure that our services are as effective and impactful as possible.
Our coach supervisors have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and are practising supevisors and coaches. They all hold senior coaching and supervision accreditations with recognised bodies such as the EMCC, ILM and ICF as well as specific health coaching accreditations.
Having extensive experience of work in and with the health and care system our supervisors understand the psychological and practical challenges associated with working with people to enhance personalised care and enable behavioural change.
All our programmes and services are developed from evidence-based approaches, incorporating the latest research on behaviour change, psychology, and self-management.
This ensures the training and services you will receive are anchored in empirical and theoretical knowledge and ensures that you stand apart from those using unproven approaches. In addition, we support the EMCC core competencies and believe that coaching development should be grounded in this knowledge.

“The programme itself has been incredible. I have learnt so much and feel I have developed my own understanding of what supervision is and some fantastic modelling of what it looks and feels like too by all the tutors. I have understood more about working both reflexively and reflectively and feel like I take my inner supervisor with me in to both coaching and supervision sessions”
“I found the sessions really useful to have, Nicky was a great facilitator who helped me to reflect on scenarios and gain a better understanding of different techniques that I could take forward into my practice.”
