Leadership Programmes

Designed to unlock leadership potential and motivate transformational change

Our leadership programmes developed to support your leaders to maximise their performance

TPC Health has over 20 years experience in developing healthcare leaders, from emerging leaders to senior executives. We understand the unique challenges that healthcare leaders face, including complex decision-making, team dynamics, and leading in every changing, high-pressure environments.

Our leadership interventions provide practical knowledge and specific skills that support health and care leaders to develop the mindsets needed to create lasting value for their organisations and the communities they serve. These are delivered through a variety of experiential methodologies designed specifically for each client’s specific requirements.

Our approach is to partner with organisations and work with them to understand what they need their leaders to know, do and be. We design programmes that inspire health and care leaders to lead confidently and compassionately, to transform systems while remaining true to themselves.

  • Understanding various leadership styles and assess your own strengths, values, and areas for growth as a leader.
  • Developing skills in clear communication, active listening, and influencing others to build trust and inspire action.
  • Learning to think strategically, make informed decisions, and align team goals with broader organisational objectives.
  • Gaining insights into how to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams by leveraging individual strengths and fostering collaboration.
  • Acquiring tools for leading through change, managing resistance, and building strategies to look after yourself and your team during challenging times.

Frequently Asked Questions

What approaches do you use in delivering Healthcare Leadership Programmes?

Our approach involves partnering with organisations to assess their leadership needs, and values.  Our programmes are then designed to inspire health and care leaders to lead with confidence and compassion while staying authentic. The goal is to enable leaders to drive organisational objectives and transform systems. These programmes typically use our development framework of personal, relational, team, organisational and system leadership to support health and care leaders to develop the knowledge, skills and mindset required to transform their leadership capability and deliver organisational objectives.

All our programmes are developed from evidence-based approaches, incorporating the latest research on behaviour change, psychology, and self-management. This ensures the training and services you will receive are anchored in empirical and theoretical knowledge and ensures that you stand apart from those using unproven approaches.

How does TPC Health structure it’s Leadership Programmes?

Our leadership programmes are custom designed so we can offer complete flexibility in terms of the length, duration and method of delivery.

We would develop a highly interactive programme with an emphasis on skill practice and skills development.

The programme will be delivered using a participative and experiential learning process supported by expert input.

We will offer a range of models and approaches as provocations for reflection about everyday work situations.

We will challenge participants to identify how they can apply their learning to their own work place settings. Further, the programme will provide an opportunity for participants to discuss applications of the programme in your system, develop relationships and network together with the intention of creating a community of practice.

We offer a variety of formats to suit different learning styles and organisational needs:

  • Workshops and Seminars: In-person or virtual sessions providing deep dives into specific leadership topics.
  • Webinars: Short, focused online sessions that can be accessed from anywhere.
  • Blended Learning: A combination of online courses and in-person workshops that allow for flexibility and comprehensive learning.
  • 1:1 Coaching: Personalised leadership coaching sessions for those seeking tailored guidance and feedback.
  • Action Learning Sets: Collaborative learning groups where participants tackle real-world challenges with peer support and facilitator guidance.
