TPC Health’s experiential workshops covers the essential coaching topics needed to work as a coach or enable your staff to adopt a coaching approach within their role. We will introduce the key concepts and fundamental pillars of great conversations and how to effectively structure and facilitate a conversation with a coachee, whilst focussing on the participants growth, performance, and enjoyment as a coach.
The content is designed to equip participants with intermediate level coaching skills, techniques, and models, enabling coaches to work effectively with clients, or colleagues and support them in making meaningful changes in areas that matter most to them. Each workshop blends theory, demonstrations, hands-on skills practice, and discussions on the practical application of new skills to individual roles and contexts.
This programme is accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and completion of the programme leads to the European Quality Award (EQA) at Foundation level. Participants wishing to study further can use the award as a fast track towards achieving their European Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Foundation level, subject to meeting the additional criteria required.

The programme is structured as four 1-day workshops, delivered over 3-4 months to allow participants to practice their developing skills. Prior to the workshops, participants are onboarded through a reflective process and briefing pack that supports them to prepare appropriately and gain maximum value from the sessions.
This is an interactive programme with an emphasis on skill practice and development. The programme will be delivered using a highly participative and experiential learning process supported by expert input. We will provide a set of tools and techniques to support participants to work effectively with a coaching approach.
The programme involves many opportunities to practice your coaching skills so participants will learn to work confidently with different approach. We emphasise skills for embedding learning through on-going practice, reflection and planning as reflexive practitioners. During and between workshops we will emphasise on-going practice, reflection and planning as reflexive practitioners.
We follow-up these programmes with webinars and online learning sessions or a series of e-learning based coaching shots that comprise brief inputs and memory aids to support participants in the application of their learning after the workshop.

“This training was very impactful. I think it was helped by the openness and willingness of the group but the trainer supported this environment, putting everyone at ease and helping us to block out the busy day to focus on the training. I would recommend it to anyone, whether interested specifically in coaching or not”
“Ruth really set the tone for workshop with her calmness, care and compassion. I thought Ruth was a brilliant facilitator – and this made me motivated and more engaged. It was great that we were a small group who know each other well and this also contributed to my learning”
“The trainer was so knowledgeable and experienced. Best course I’ve done”
