Developing coaching skills at every level of an organisation is one of the widely accepted evidence-based methods for creating positive working cultures where people are engaged and thriving.
Our programmes can be applied to both the clinical and non-clinical workforce, with bespoke content developed and delivered by clinically trained staff where appropriate.
A skilled coach is an asset to any organisation, and we have extensive experience in working with health, care and voluntary sector organisations to develop coaches that can make outstanding contributions in their respective fields of activity.
At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to improving health and care through practical, evidence-based solutions. Our approach is grounded in real-world experience, designed and delivered by experts who have worked extensively within the system. This puts us in a unique position to offer innovative and inspiring programmes to health organisations that want to transform their workforce.

Our facilitators have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and are practising coaches. They all hold senior coaching and supervision accreditations with recognised bodies such as the EMCC, ILM and ICF as well as specific health coaching accreditations.
Having extensive experience of work in and with the health and care system our facilitators understand the psychological and practical challenges associated with working with people to enhance performance and enable behavioural change.
All our programmes are interactive and take a hands-on format using experiential learning and skills practice to prepare participants to transfer their knowledge into practice and take action.
During each programme participants will have regular opportunities for practicing their skills with their peers during breakout sessions. To support embedding of learning we provide a post-programme call, regular learning e-shots, and access to our free monthly coaching CPD webinars.
All our programmes are developed from evidence-based approaches, incorporating the latest research on behaviour change, psychology, and leadership development.
This ensures the training and services you will receive are anchored in empirical and theoretical knowledge and ensures that you stand apart from those using unproven approaches. In addition, we support the EMCC core competencies and believe that coaching development should be grounded in this knowledge.

“The programme has helped me in my role as an educator, supervisor and senior clinician in my practice and my role supporting system leaders in the NHS. Given me more of an appreciation of others. Provided me with an understanding of why people do or do not do things and how to motivate, support and encourage them to achieve goals”
“This training was very impactful. I think it was helped by the openness and willingness of the group but the trainer supported this environment, putting everyone at ease and helping us to block out the busy day to focus on the training. I would recommend it to anyone, whether interested specifically in coaching or not.”
