Mental Health Awareness

Supporting individuals, teams and organisations to create a positive mental health culture

Our expert-led training equips your teams with the knowledge and skills to support positive mental health and wellbeing, reduce stigma, and create a positive, resilient environment.

“It was a fantastic course. Speakers were well resourced and very articulate in relaying what they know. They were quick to gauge how the group were thinking and feeling making changes and pitching their teaching approaches along the way. Excellent learning pack which can be used as a work pack for future interventions!”

Invest in Mental Health Awareness Training and create an environment where employees feel supported, understood, and valued.

Whilst there is an increasing level of awareness about the many and diverse factors that affect people’s mental health and wellbeing.  Unexpected challenges, constant change and highly stressful work environments can still impact people’s mental health.  Putting in place strategies to support individuals manage stressful situations and remain resilient is key to supporting the workforce to continue to thrive.

It’s now broadly accepted that mental health awareness training in the workplace can enhance workplace culture, improving overall performance, support employee engagement and reduce burnout and absenteeism.  We work with organisations to support them to proactively address mental health awareness and create the conditions where everyone can thrive.

Our programmes are designed to help people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to work positively with the important issues of mental health.  We focus on understanding the many issues associated with mental health and learning how to support individuals to create a culture where the stigma about mental health issues is reduced and inclusion is celebrated.

  • Building a stronger understanding of mental health and how it varies
  • Highlight and remove the stigma surrounding mental health
  • How to have positive and supportive conversations about the subject of mental health
  • Practical tools and tips for day-to-day wellbeing management
  • Identify opportunities and focus on small changes to support people in the workplace

“Brilliant course with good resources to apply to practice in the future, well presented and very engaging.”

“I have learned a most useful series of techniques which can be applied in many different settings – work, home, leisure. “

“I really appreciated the range and depth of the training – it wasn’t just about teaching us a set of stuff with a quick how-to, it was about enabling us to grow into the role and developing depth and understanding. Also enough background and research for us to trust the material, but with research references so we could follow up particular areas of interest.”
