Health Coaching Supervision Services

Access supervision from accredited Health Coaching supervisors or develop your own internal supervision resources

Supervision supports better patient outcomes by helping Health Coaches refine their practice and navigate complex coaching challenges.

TPC Health is highly experienced in the delivery of supervision to health coaches; and as a provider of health coach training for over 20 years, we also have a long history of training health coach supervisors.

Organisations that are offering health coaching services have an obligation to provide effective and supportive health coaching supervision from a more senior and experienced member of staff who is also equipped with health coaching skills, therefore supporting their coaches in their development and learning so that they continue to support patients to achieve better health outcomes.

TPC Health can support you with access to our accredited and experienced health coaching supervisors, and by providing supervisor training so you can develop your own internal resource of health coaching supervisors.

Meet some of our faculty

Don’t just take our word for it:

“I found it very useful that the sessions were group based as it was great to get an insight into how other coaches work and work together/support each other when discussing cases/situations we found challenging”

“The programme itself has been incredible. I have learnt so much and feel I have developed my own understanding of what supervision is and some fantastic modelling of what it looks and feels like too by all the tutors. I have understood more about working both reflexively and reflectively and feel like I take my inner supervisor with me in to both coaching and supervision sessions”
