Meet some of our faculty

Don’t just take our word for it:

“The programme has helped me in my role as an educator, supervisor and senior clinician in my practice and my role supporting system leaders in the NHS. Given me more of an appreciation of others. Provided me with an understanding of why people do or do not do things and how to motivate, support and encourage them to achieve goals”

“This training was very impactful. I think it was helped by the openness and willingness of the group but the trainer supported this environment, putting everyone at ease and helping us to block out the busy day to focus on the training. I would recommend it to anyone, whether interested specifically in coaching or not.”
